Audience Contact Data. Certain features (such as Ask for Contact) let you collect contact details from your own audience, such as email addresses and WhatsApp numbers, so those details can be delivered back to you as leads. This data is collected on your behalf and stored in your automation dashboard. As the account owner, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required to collect and use this data.

Payment Information. When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our payment provider (Xendit). We do not store your full card or bank account details on our servers.
