How to delete your data

Email us at [email protected] with:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• The email address registered to your account
• Your business or account name

We will confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will reply to confirm when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile and login details
• Your contacts and their phone numbers
• Your message history, including WhatsApp and Instagram conversations stored on our platform
• Your automations, message templates and campaign records
• Any media files you uploaded
• Access tokens connecting your WhatsApp Business Account or Instagram account to our platform

What we keep, and why

• Billing and invoice records, for as long as required by Indonesian tax and accounting law
• Anonymised usage statistics that cannot be traced back to you or your customers

Backup copies are purged within 90 days of your deletion request.

Important: your WhatsApp Business Account

dibales.ai is a software provider. Your WhatsApp Business Account is owned by you and hosted by Meta, not by us.

Deleting your dibales.ai account removes our access to it and deletes the data we hold. It does not delete your WhatsApp Business Account itself. To do that, or to remove dibales.ai’s access directly, go to Meta Business Manager → Business Settings → Business Integrations, or contact Meta support.

Disconnecting without deleting

If you only want us to stop accessing your WhatsApp or Instagram account but want to keep your dibales.ai account, go to Settings → Channels and disconnect the channel. We stop receiving messages from that account immediately.
